Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Managers

Purpose:
Drive customer value and build lasting partnerships by aligning CX fundamentals with internal resources.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts as the trusted advisor
• Coordinate Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales for seamless delivery
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight value and growth
• Develop success plans, monitor health metrics, and drive adoption

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in Customer Success Management with enterprise clients
• Bachelor’s in business or related field
• Strong business acumen and executive‐level presentation skills
• Proficient with CRM and customer success tools

Success Metrics:

• Customer satisfaction & retention
• Adoption rates & feature usage
• Quality of cross‐team collaboration
• Growth in customer advocacy

Travel: Up to 30%

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$98,200.00 - $182,400.00
