All that you need is:

• Vocational training in blueprint reading, basic machining, and basic quality control
• 1+ years of vocational training or equivalent in machining
• Ability to appropriately respond to different situations
• Willingness to work within a group to achieve a common goal
• Ability to present information, analysis, and ideas in writing in a clear and concise manner

As a Machine Operator, you'll dive into the heart of manufacturing, where precision and skill converge. You'll handle blueprints and bills of materials, using them as your roadmap to set up and operate various machining equipment. From manual grinders to lathes, you'll navigate through intricate setups, ensuring each product meets exacting standards.

But it doesn't end there – you'll wield measuring devices like micrometers and calipers with precision, maintaining consistently high quality throughout the process. When challenges arise, you'll be the troubleshooter, resolving issues and seeking guidance from leadership when needed. It's a role that demands attention to detail, technical prowess, and a commitment to excellence at every turn!
