Who we are looking for
Purpose
This position serves as one of the primary Talent Acquisition Partners for designated functions and is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and hiring top talent. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and identify exceptional talent to achieve our business goals. Additionally, this role involves the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Candidate Recruitment and Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to recruit and attract top talent.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior management to understand their hiring needs and forecast future recruitment requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term recruitment strategies and talent pipelines to align with the company's business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and report on talent acquisition performance.
- Advisory Role: Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing expertise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Global TA to strengthen the employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct compensation and benefits analyses to maintain competitive and fair salary offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal and state laws, as well as internal policies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to promote diversity in the workplace and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
