We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in ORRC team to leverage the internal Lexor system to ensure client assets are appropriately segregated on a daily basis, and operations teams across the globe are properly addressing open challenges, and providing commentary on the resolution plan on deficit impacts.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Analyst level position level position within the Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What you’ll do in the role:
· Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
· Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
· Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
· Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
· Prepare, monitor, analyze and distribute daily reports
· Coordinate reports and correspondence for exception items that require remediation and/or escalation
· Work closely with the product lines to ensure their operational and procedural requirements are followed
· Engage with a large diversity of stakeholders to identify business needs and define current state of processes and related systems.
· Actively contribute to the design of future state operating models through incorporating business and regulatory requirements.
· Write / document detailed user stories, impact assessments and functional specifications.
· Partner with technology and operations, ensuring that key stakeholders are included in the Agile journey.
· Prepare test strategy and approach.
· Oversee/carry out test execution. Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of work experience in the financial industry
· Self-starter mindset
· Eagerness to challenge status quo and drive improvements across multiple business lines
· Understanding of 15c3-3 rules a bonus
