Your Opportunity:
The Customer Support Specialist I provides exceptional order to invoice customer relations experience for assigned accounts all TTC Brands. Work with customers to manage product availability and shipment consolidation in an effort to satisfy their requirements.

Work Location:
This opportunity is based out of Bloomington, MN international headquarters. Other job locations and/or fully remote is not available at this time.
The current team works a hybrid model with 3-days on-site and optional 2-days remote.
Travel as required, domestically and internationally up to 0-10%, along with appropriate expense reporting duties. May require occasional visits to warehouse or distribution center locations.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Coordinate information flow, orders, and shipments to meet shipping goals of the customer(s) and division(s).
Both international and domestic customers.
Produce and distribute order management reports to customers to optimize consolidation of truckload shipments.
Process shipments for international customers in accordance with export regulations.
Support and interact with internal customers such as; sales and marketing, inventory analysts, distribution centers, credit, and traffic to facilitate order requirements.
Maintain knowledge of Toro product.
Maintain best in class responsiveness to correspondence with internal and external customers.
Identify and communicate any issues which would delay or impede prompt shipment of orders. May troubleshoot issues of routine complexity.
Document and update departmental procedures as needed.
Support and provide suggestions to periodic projects and activities such as LEAN process improvements.
Complete ongoing learning and education to ensure competence with growing and changing needs of the corporation.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
0-2 years of prior experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate.
Proficient written communication skills to effectively communicate.
Ability to organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet goals.
