As a Sr Data Analyst supporting the USCS team, you will be trusted to work on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with Customer Service processes and tools to improve Customer Service effectiveness. 

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Engineer optimal datasets to power Tableau server reports.
• Aid in providing automated solutions through Alteryx, AWS, and other technical tools.
• Ability to write intermediate to advanced SQL queries.
• Expertise in gathering business and functional requirements, conducting analysis and establishing metrics for success.
• Articulate business requirements and bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders.
• Present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments.
• Conduct analysis and establish metrics for success.
• Extract complex meaningful insights and interpret them to business stakeholders.
• Preparation of project documentation (technical and end user).
• Work with business partners and engineering teams on addressing data quality problems in available data sets and addressing process issues causing data quality issues.
• Ability to leverage existing process documentation to aid in building automation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
