As part of the Integration, Verification, and Orchestration team, you will play a critical role in leveraging test value across engineering to deliver groundbreaking solutions.
What you'll do
As the Senior Engineering Manager for Complete Software Integration & Verification (CSIV), you will lead a section within CSIR responsible for building confidence in the master branch through non-functional and inter-functional testing at the complete integration level. Your goal will be to ensure an always-releasable master branch. Leading the CSIV section, you will oversee an organization of over 100 individuals, directly managing several Engineering Managers, a Program Manager (PM), a Release Train Engineer (RTE), and a System Architect.
You will be an integral member of the CSIR leadership team, collaborating closely with three other sections: Software Factory, Complete Software Operations, and Engineering Test & Integration Strategy. Your work will also involve tight collaboration with software development units across Engineering, the Software Test Center, and Complete Vehicle Validation to drive seamless integration and testing processes.
Who You Are
To excel in this role, you bring extensive experience in continuous integration, test automation, and integration-driven development. You have a strong track record of leading through leaders and fostering high-performing teams. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with analytical and structured problem-solving abilities. Personally, you embody courage, energy, integrity, professionalism, and holistic thinking.
You hold a Master’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience) and have at least 10 years of experience in software testing, integration, and program management. Experience with agile frameworks and exposure to the automotive industry are highly beneficial for this role.
