The pay range for this role is:
$78,400.00-$133,400.00/AnnualThe base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

Haemonetics is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (TEG) based out of its Center of Excellence in Clinton, PA! This person is responsible for the development and implementation of improvements to TEG cartridge manufacturing processes, automation systems, and test methods to enhance product quality, reliability, delivery, and cost performance. The role supports new product introduction efforts and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturability challenges and drive manufacturing excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and execute manufacturing engineering projects for TEG cartridge manufacturing through collaboration with Operations, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, automation systems, equipment, tooling, and test methods to improve quality, reliability, productivity, and cost performance.
Support new product introduction activities through process development, equipment qualification, process validation, and manufacturing readiness efforts.
Identify and resolve manufacturability, process, equipment, testing, and quality issues through data collection, analysis, experimentation, and implementation of corrective actions.
Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives including quality monitoring, process optimization, yield improvement, assembly method improvements, and cost reduction activities.
Author, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation including work instructions, standard operating procedures, engineering change documentation, validation protocols, and technical reports.
Collaborate with production personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement sustainable process improvements.
Collect, analyze, and communicate manufacturing performance data to support problem-solving and decision-making activities.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other operational excellence initiatives.
