About the Team:
Pandora North America is growing and building a best-in-class Visual Merchandising team to support our vast network of stores. The In-Market Visual Merchandising (VM) Specialist role supports all VM tasks in dedicated sales districts, working directly with the Divisional Sales Director, and ensuring a standard of excellence in all stores.
Your Role as a Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist:
- Completes complicated tasks
- Manages and improves basic process
- Training – advanced knowledge with a broader knowledge of theory and principle within discipline
- Communication – works with field retail team including Divisional Sales Director, Divisional Sales Managers, and Store Managers to share factual guidelines, policies and procedures, and may challenge or influence discussion.
- Responsible for overseeing visual merchandising implementation and execution within division
- Partners with Sales Director to understand and support in store needs
- Follows and executes in store against North American visual merchandising directives
- Supports store communication, questions, challenges & prep
- Manages photo compliance, One Door campaign claims and supports operational functions
- Provide feedback and reports based on campaign launches – review sales results based on visual directive
- Ensure category growth metrics are in line with company goals
- Support new store opening processes, including site visits during NSO operations
- Extensive field travel required

- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred field of study in visual merchandising, retail or store planning
- 5+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising
- Experience in project management & store planning
- Experience in merchandise planning
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Collaborative, team player
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Suite, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop
Travel Required: up to 70%

Salary Range
$88,000 - 110,000 commensurate with experience
