About the role

Adaptavist is looking for a Business Process Specialist in North America who is eager in unlocking the genius and performance among a variety of teams across the organization. As a Business Process Specialist you will gather data; implement and improve various processes, methods and best-practices to optimize customer retention and growth; and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a conduit to internal Adaptavist teams, to better understand changes to various partner licensing resell T&Cs, as well as define and educate internal teams on processes and tools. You will act as a SME and manage action plans and roadmaps while making recommendations on how to optimize business processes. You will be a part of the Licensing & Operations team. The purpose of your team is to put in place the proper people, processes, and tools. Currently our focus is on the Licensing team to help Licensing Specialists provide the best support to Adaptavist teams selling licenses, but our goal is to help a variety of other teams at Adaptavist as well. This role’s responsibilities include: requirements analysis, change management, support, training, documentation, and KPI reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders of Adaptavist teams (e.g Finance, Commercial, Partnerships) to define and maintain processes;
  • Assessing and documenting the suitability of internal quality control requirements for manual, automated or partly automated processes;
  • Contributing to continuous improvements activities to the licensing internal systems and process;
  • Managing internal change management projects, tracks timelines, and manages risks to deploy new process changes;
  • Monitoring the effects of process improvements, providing feedback to management or process owners;
  • Assisting in processing large volumes of information discerning relevant and irrelevant information under tight deadlines;
  • Compiling and validating Licensing Team data and preparing reports on Licensing Team activities for management;
  • Providing weekly reports on project status & progress;
  • Developing, maintaining and reviewing training curriculum, as well as content, both recording training in video format and providing documentation of processes (step-by-step, resource links, etc)
