About This Role

The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in supporting our Sales and Account Management teams. This position involves assisting with new client onboarding, integration processes, and providing technical support to existing clients working with ID5’s services. Our clients range from small, local publishers to billion-dollar global tech platforms, each requiring tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. This role is integral to driving global adoption and maintaining current integrations by ensuring clients and partners fully leverage our solutions.

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Director of Solutions Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and partners daily through emails and video/phone calls to address their technical and business needs.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders on complex technical issues.
• Provide advanced technical support to commercial and solution architecting teams on complex queries related to the ID5 platform and services.
• Debug and troubleshoot website implementations for ID5 services and products using Browser Development Tools.
• Create and maintain BI dashboarding for products and clients.
• Troubleshoot and analyze product deliverables using tools like Grafana, OpenSearch, Superset and LightDash;
• Implement cutting-edge solutions for identity-based marketing campaigns and precise campaign measurement in programmatic advertising.
• Establish yourself as a domain expert in digital identity technologies, sharing knowledge both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on complex integrations, product challenges, and the development/testing of new features and enhancements on the ID5 platform.
• Contribute to the growth of our Services practice by developing best practices, customer-facing assets, and internal resources.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven background in technical support and consulting, ideally within a SaaS or technology business, with strong technical expertise and project management experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, SQL and other commonly used web technologies.
• Proficiency running analytics and building BI dashboards. Preferably past experience with Lightdash.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
• Organisation: Highly organised and process-oriented with a successful track record in project management.
• Communication: Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, non-technical terms.
• Attitude: Entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a startup environment with responsibility, autonomy, enthusiasm, humility, and drive.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in adtech is advantageous but not essential.
