Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a team of passionate rehab professionals

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehab program while maintaining clinical excellence

• Collaborate across disciplines to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Serve as a trusted partner to both community leadership and residents

• Ensure productivity and compliance without ever losing sight of what matters most: patient success

Qualifications

🧠 What You Bring:

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (new grads welcome to apply!)

• Previous rehab, acute care, or long-term care experience a plus

• A passion for leadership, teamwork, and high-quality patient care
