Overview

Regional Supply Analyst - Tampa, FL - Monday to Friday 7 AM - 4 PM or 8:00AM-5:00PMThe Analyst, Regional Supply will be responsible for leading regional replenishment strategy and regional analyst team for all labs, stat labs, PSC, IOP, Logistic hubs, and offsite managed labs within an assigned region. 

 

Pay Range: $78,000+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Leads regional supply analyst team for region including daily work load distribution, employee development and overall team performance 
  • Interface regularly with laboratory leadership to develop and implement replenishment strategies across region to establish proper inventory levels, safety stock levels, replenishment frequency, minimize supply disruption risk and the coordinate product/items transitions.  
  • Develops and monitors supply metrics for region including supply utilization, supply cost and stock-outs. 
  • Identify and leads supply improvement opportunities focusing on inventory reduction, supply consumption, item standardization and ordering efficiency 
  • Represent Region on center-led material planning initiatives 
  • Work on National Materials improvement projects and process standardization efforts 
  • Oversee physical inventory process for region/laboratory, including cycle counts as needed to maintain database integrity and assure inventory accuracy.  
  • Coordinate integration of new hospitals, POL and associated item and system configuration to support new acquisition on-boarding.  
  • In conjunction with Lean replenishment team members implement innovative supply replenishment solutions (e.g Kanbans, Vendor Managed Inventory) solutions to support efficient laboratory operation. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience:  

  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Materials, Warehousing, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent including 3 years of supervisory experience required 
  • Experience managing virtual work teams required 
  • Experience with ERP and Inventory Management Systems required

Physical and Mental Requirements:  

  • Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds  
  • May require extended periods of focus   
  • May require extended periods of sitting or standing  
  • Ability to manage stress   
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high volume setting 

Knowledge:  

  • Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles 
  • Understanding of Lean Principles 
  • Proficient with Excel and able to manipulate complex data sets
