PACCAR WINCH Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR. PACCAR Winch Inc manufactures high quality industrial winches, hoists, and drives for the oil/gas, construction, utility and specialty markets. We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing and we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Specialist. Summary: Our Sales Specialist coordinates and performs a variety of administration and customer support activities for our sales team.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Performs follow-up on sales orders and coordinates related activities with customer and sales manager.

Reviews and processes incoming orders.

Communicates with sales managers and customers regarding changes in order status,
-
Ensure follow-up communications are sent regarding production and delivery schedules, and related delays or problems.

Coordinates with other departments to ensure production or delivery schedules are met. Compiles on-time delivery reports and statistics.

Investigates and resolves assigned order related problems.

Assists in management of inventory.

Communicates customer requirements between the customer and PACCAR Winch by accessing the customer’s systems and updating their system through the Internet.

Calls customers as required.

May maintain file on change orders; process received documents.

All other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field preferred
• Possess two (2) to three (3) years related experience

Good oral and written communications skills.

Strong keyboarding skills
-
MS Office software including Excel required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience

Experience with International customers and obtaining routing for exports
