R20622 Senior Analyst, Transfer Pricing (Open)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of the Company’s global transfer pricing documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines and applicable local country laws and requirements.
- Data analysis and financial modeling including the extraction of data from various accounting and financial software systems.
- Preparation of reports, analyses, and workpapers to support applicable transfer pricing objectives, benchmarks, and outcomes.
- Preparation and/or review of intercompany accounting entries.
- Support and assistance in the design, implementation, and refinement of various transfer pricing structures and methodologies.
- Research and analysis regarding OECD and various local country transfer pricing matters and rule changes.
- Support the International Tax team and broader global tax team with various audit requests and supporting documentation.
This position will need to extract data and financial information from TM1, FCCS, and Oracle, amongst other systems and tools. The person in this role should be an expert in Excel and spreadsheet modeling and familiar and fluent in various accounting and financial reporting systems as noted.
The position is guided and governed by WKC’s internal transfer pricing policy, various other internal policies and authorization guidelines, US Treasury Regulations and relevant OECD guidance. The person in this position will work closely and communicate with other senior members of the global tax and finance teams who may have ultimate responsibility for policies and decisions. The role will be encouraged to suggest changes, improvements, and best practices.
Key skills include:
- Outstanding Excel, spreadsheet, and financial modeling experience and capabilities.
- Understanding of accounting and legal entity reporting for a multinational corporation with operations in numerous worldwide locations.
- Transfer Pricing knowledge, experience and background for a multinational corporation preferred but not required.
- Experience with the US reporting requirements of international tax operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently is required.
Education:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics required; CPA certification preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Two (2) to Four (4) years of combined relevant transfer pricing, tax and/or accounting and financial analysis experience within public accounting firm or multinational corporation.
