The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Microsoft 365 Email Exchange Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Administering the Exchange Server environment and Microsoft 365 email services.
• Implementing and maintaining email security measures, including spam filtering, malware protection, and email security protocols.
• Supporting and monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Leading mailbox management tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and keeping abreast of new features and technologies related to Microsoft 365 and Exchange.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 9 years of Microsoft 365 Exchange administration experience
• High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 Years of Microsoft 365 Exchange Administration experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 2 years of experience in PowerShell scripting for automation of tasks
• 2 years of experience with cloud services and hybrid email systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, with experience ensuring email systems comply with these standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and end-users.
• 5 years of experience in email routing, email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), and email security practices.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
