As an EXE MAQ Technician, you’ll play a vital role in building and testing ASML’s most advanced lithography systems. Your work directly supports the development of semiconductor technology that powers everything from smartphones to medical devices. This position follows a compressed workweek (CWW) schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Role and Responsibilities
As an EXE MAQ Technician, you’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for assembling and validating complex system modules. You’ll ensure each subsystem meets ASML’s high standards for performance and reliability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assemble and test EXE systems and sub-modules using standardized tools and procedures.
Independently execute complex system-level tests and maneuvers.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics for major issues during qualification.
Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
Provide solutions for complex operational problems, guiding team members with your experience.
Document procedures and results to ensure traceability and compliance.
Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Use specialized equipment for leak testing, high-voltage testing, and alignment.
Pressurize gas and water systems and troubleshoot any failures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S standards
Education and Experience
To succeed as an EXE MAQ Technician, you’ll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
An associate’s degree in a technical or scientific field (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Familiarity with electronic and pneumatic tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and oscilloscopes.
