About the role

Senior IT Expert 

Location: Hybrid in NYC (4-Day Requirement) 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations (hands-on experience)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working alongside security and compliance teams 
  • Extreme attention to detail + organizational skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage in an fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Sound judgment and ability to proactively find solutions to issues before they arise 
  • Top notch communication (both verbal and written) skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in technology tools including, but not limited to, Mac, Google Suite, Zoom,Neat, A/V equipment, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Zendesk etc.
  • Knowledge  in the following IT systems (Jamf, Intune,OKTA) 
  • Knowledge  in the following security systems (EDR, Mail relay)
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points:

  • Experience working closely with HR, People Operations, and Operations management teams, all at a global level
  • Jamf 100 / Jamf 200 Certification

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage the procurement and installation of hardware and software for all new hires in the US, as well as current employees as needed 
  • Build out new IT and security  processes and policies for the company, as well as assess and manage new vendors and recommendations for these projects 
  • Work with security and compliance teams to develop and manage IT security systems
  • Work closely with our office managers to ensure AV in conference rooms is functioning properly; helping troubleshoot with Zoom integrations 
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, sometimes remotely, other times in person
  • Build an IT infrastructure and plan for long-term growth 
  • Implement and maintain security tools 
  • Oversee management of hardware and software inventory 
  • Maintain backup software to support business continuity
  • Manage IT budget and work cross-functionally with IT team in Tel Aviv
