- Night Shift Differential, $5/hour
- Every other holiday, includes Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
- Every 4th weekend rotation

$38.20 - $57.30Where You Will Work:
The MedSurg unit is located on the 2nd floor and consists of 40 beds, though we typically care for no more than 28 patients at a time. Additionally, we manage an overflow unit on 4 East, which usually accommodates six patients and is staffed with two RNs providing primary care. The 2nd floor serves as the main MedSurg unit, caring for general medical-surgical patients, hospice patients, and telemetry patients who are medically appropriate for the unit. Our patient population primarily consists of older adults. The overflow unit generally has patients of lower acuity. Typical staffing includes 4–5 patients per RN from 07:00–23:00 and up to 6 patients per RN from 23:00–07:00, with CNAs caring for 6–8 patients.
