Compensation: The annual budgeted salary range for this is $45,000 plus incentives based on performance

Role Summary:
The Chicago Blackhawks are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and looking to evolve a successful career in professional sports. During your time as a Membership Service Account Executive, you will be responsible for hitting daily, weekly, and monthly quotas, and top performers will be given the opportunity to advance their sports careers internally and externally. Individuals will be provided with all the tools and necessary training to ensure they’re set up for success during their tenure.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the full renewal process, including outreach, relationship management, and objection handling, to meet or exceed renewal rate targets.

Manage and cultivate long-term relationships by providing exceptional service touchpoints, including account reviews, special access opportunities, and personalized communication.

Plan and execute member-focused events and experiences to drive engagement and build community within the season ticket base.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, including premium upgrades, additional seats, and hospitality products.

Oversee and maintain detailed account records in designated platforms.

Perform game-day responsibilities, including client & prospect entertainment, and assisting with your teammates for coverage as needed.

Provide legendary, best-in-class service.

Other related duties as assigned by Service Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
