The Sr. Organizational Development and DE&I Lead is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of global and US-based programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, diversity and inclusion, employee capabilities, engagement and retention. The Sr. Organizational Development and DE&I Lead will work closely with business and HR leaders across the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

This person will lead, and at times support, the design, development and implementation of leadership, employee and teams’ development programs, and cross-company HR programs.

This person will own and lead the DE&I initiatives and activities, working closely with the Chief People officer, the HR Leadership Team and Senior Management to define the key DE&I focus areas, align DE&I strategy and KPIs, develop and implement relevant programs to address them.

 

In collaboration with the OD team, HR Business Partners and Management, they will align all OD and DE&I initiatives with global HR and corporate strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

• Organizational Development domains: Lead or support OD domains such as Employee Engagement, Employee Performance, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Leaders’ Coaching and Mentoring etc., ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Lead the execution of Stratasys DE&I strategy, including identifying focus areas and KPIs, design programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, create and execute project plans.
• Global Program Development and Execution: Design and implement global and US related organizational development and DE&I programs that support Stratasys strategic goals and HR strategy and enhance employee growth and retention.
• US and BUs Learning and OD Partner: Partner with US-based BU leaders and HRBPs to assess teams’ development needs and develop learning solutions that address them.
• US Internship Program: lead the design and execution of the Minesota-based Internship Program in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Project Management: Manage projects A to Z: create project plans and success measurements, collaborate with relevant leaders and stakeholders, create communication plans with the Comm team, execute activities, monitor, analyze results against defined measurements, seek feedback and loop input back for improvement.
