In this role, you will take on a key position, responsible for managing one of our largest customers and overseeing HR services delivery for Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about delivering best-in-class HR services – always aiming high, leveraging new technology and providing outstanding customer experience.</p> <h2><b>Your Responsibilities</b></h2> <ul> <li>Partners with the HR offices to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration of personal administration, payroll and travel run.</li> <li>Provides assistance to clients during the implementation of SAP payroll systems.</li> <li>Sustains the interests and objectives of clients throughout the implementation process.</li> <li>Input and maintains employee payroll records in SAP, auditing for compliance with company policy, procedures, and authorizations with cyclical deadlines.</li> <li>Responsible for pay rolling the employees, handling upcoming queries, and liaising with other departments as necessary.</li> <li>Produces month-end pay and HR Reports as well as assist in providing payroll information for statutory and tax audits</li> <li>Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with division contacts and internal staff in payroll, HR, benefits, and accounting, maintaining confidentiality always.</li> <li>Assists to develop more efficient, streamlined processes to eliminate manual work focused on automation.</li> </ul> <h2><b>Your Experience and Skills</b></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
