We’re seeking motivated self-starters to join our team as Roofing Project Development Reps. This is an excellent fit for someone who loves talking to people, working outside, and earning based on results.

Responsibilities:

• Knock doors and engage with homeowners in your territory.
• Perform roof inspections and provide estimates.
• Guide customers through insurance claims and project steps.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service.
  
  

Requirements:

• Physically capable of carrying 70 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Must own or be willing to purchase a ladder.
• Must own a vehicle.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
