Job Summary:
Personal Touch Food Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable and energetic Culinary Support Staff Member to assist in daily kitchen operations throughout WNY. This role is essential to ensuring food is prepared, served, and stored safely while helping to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys food service and working in a fast-paced, team-centered setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.)
Set up and break down serving stations
Stock supplies and organize kitchen storage areas
Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen sanitation
Support cooks and food service staff during meal service
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Work effectively in a busy, loud, and fast-paced school cafeteria or kitchen setting

Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Willing to travel
Culinary degree preferred
Prior kitchen or food service experience required
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and as part of a team
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must pass required background check
