We are seeking a highly motivated Aircraft Procurement & Asset Manager to lead acquisition strategies, manage inventory, and build strong industry relationships that drive long-term growth.
What you can expect as an Aircraft Procurement & Asset Manager at DAS Aviation:
In this position you will be responsible for leading acquisition strategies, managing inventory, and building industry relationships for long-term growth. You will also be involved in evaluating market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance while optimizing asset utilization.
You will be ESSENTIAL to many FUNCTIONS including:
· Lead procurement of complete aircraft, engines, and major assets.
· Conduct financial analyses, market valuations, and due diligence to identify acquisition opportunities.
· Manage transactions from letters of intent through inspections and closing.
· Develop exit strategies for aging inventory and oversee teardown programs.
· Build and maintain relationships with brokers, insurers, fleet operators, attorneys, and financiers.
· Establish partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and third parties for consignment opportunities.
· Collaborate with FP&A and technical teams to create and execute strategic business plans.
· Represent DAS Aviation at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
· Present DAS Aviation’s Parts business model to prospective customers and suppliers.
· Continuously improve acquisition and inventory management processes.
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
· Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
QualificationsWhat you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education
A High school diploma or equivalent required.
A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
Your Experience
Deep knowledge of the aviation marketplace, preferably in business aviation
Proven track record in aircraft and/or engine procurement, asset management, or related field
Strong financial acumen with experience in valuation and deal structuring
Experience with AMSTAT, JETNET and other CRM tools

Direct the work and flow of multiple projects.
Supervision of team members in daily operations and duties.
Completion of work orders, FAA paperwork.
