Position Overview
Holton-Arms School seeks a highly motivated and collaborative professional to join a dynamic Admissions team. The Associate Director of Admissions will support all aspects of student recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts for grades 3–12. This individual will serve as an ambassador for the school, helping prospective families understand and appreciate Holton’s mission, core values, and community.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; possess a deep understanding of the value of girls’ education; and be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a full-time 12-month position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of outreach events for current and prospective parents and students, such as Open Houses, yield events, and specialized Admissions programming
- Lead and participate on campus committees related to outreach and recruitment efforts across campus to reach enrollment goals
- Assist in development of data-driven recruitment strategies from various sources to evaluate trends, school market position, and competition
- Support strategic communications and outreach initiatives, including personalized communication with prospective families
- Effective use of CRM technology, communication strategies, Finalsite, and Veracross is a positive
- Work with the Director of Enrollment Management to foster relationships with feeder and peer schools and identify new outreach opportunities
- Collaborate with the Advancement and Communications teams to create and update print materials, website content, social media posts, and digital advertising related to admissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
