Qualifications In this role, you will serve as a key operational leader and mentor within our warehousing team, driving both program excellence and individual transformation. You will: Drive Warehousing & Logistics Operations: Serve as a trade specialist leading daily warehousing, delivery, installation, and general construction activities within Utah Correctional Industries. Lead & Supervise Work Crews: Function as a first-line supervisor/foreman, directing and mentoring inmate work crews and staff to achieve high-quality project and program goals. Empower Pre-Release Offenders: Provide hands-on vocational training, skill development, and valuable work experience to offenders in the pre-release program, preparing them for successful workforce reintegration. Champion Safety & Security Standards: Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, maintaining rigorous adherence to OSHA, EPA, and correctional security standards. Optimize Operational Excellence: Inspect materials and products, monitor production standards, track operational data (time, production, cost records), and deliver reports that drive program success.
