We are looking for an established professional with experience as an operator for large-scale enterprise networks, including the underlying technology and practical realities of business and security operations, who wants to deliver this expertise through a consulting and professional services model as part of an interdisciplinary team.
What will you do?
- Provide leadership and management of client advisory relationships, developing advisory capabilities that meet current and future client needs, producing work products that meet quality standards, and providing thought leadership in one's area of practice.
- Support the development and growth of client relationships by demonstrating authoritative expertise in one's field of practice, while successfully identifying and remediating issues and challenges as they emerge in the course of providing advisory services.
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate client needs that align with our advisory capabilities and to foster the development of new project opportunities in partnership with colleagues.
- Demonstrate mastery in communications with all relevant internal and external stakeholders and partners, including skilled communication in both one and two-way information sharing settings (virtual/IRL, group/1-1), adapting strategy as appropriate to act as a facilitator, expert, manager, coach, or team member.
- Drive effective collaboration within and across client engagement areas, providing effective coordination of routine, cross-cutting, and complex decisions, and fostering productive ideation and conceptualization of novel approaches.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- A customer-first mindset, coupled with a passion for building strong relationships and managing expectations.
- A core set of consulting skills around client management, communication, collaboration, analysis and problem solving.
- Skill in planning and managing consulting engagements from inception to closeout, to include successful task management of multidisciplinary teams of experts and analysts in the creation of high-quality deliverables.
- Skill in determining how a security system should work (including its resilience and dependability capabilities) and how changes in conditions, operations, or the environment will affect these outcomes.
