The SAP IBP Lead will provide expertise in the IBP Demand Planning. Location: Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, or the NYC area + travel
Your role
- Provide technical experience of end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, logistics and manufacturing.
- Enhance demand and supply planning processes through the implementation of SAP IBP solutions.
- Integrate demand planning with other business processes, like S&OP, and using tools like SAP IBP to improve accuracy.
- Focus on forecasting, inventory management, process improvement, and ensure accurate demand plans.
- Execute tests, log defects and drive the resolution working with Clients S/4 resources.
- Process integration points between planning and execution, in particular with relation to ERP systems
Your skills and experience
- SAP Functional experience, specializing in SAP IBP Demand planning (7-9 years of SAP APO / IBP preferred)
- Experience in APO-DP and S4 will be an added advantage
- Experience in at least two or three full lifecycle implementation in SAP IBP Demand
- Experience in AM/support/troubleshooting IBP production issues
- Experience configuring and trouble shooting in IBP Demand concepts like- Data prep, forecasting, lifecycle planning, promotional planning, forecast accuracy and demand sensing
- Familiar with integration of Demand planning with other modules of IBP
- Solid understanding of ECC/S4 Master data and Transaction data from planning standpoint along with writing specifications for CPI tasks for integrating the data with IBP
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
