COMPENSATION

$113,300.00 - $147,290.00 annual salary + a generous benefits package to include medical, dental, vision and 10% employer paid 401A through VOYA Financial.

*Hiring Salary Range: $113,300.00​ - $130,295.00

(starting salary will be within this range based upon qualifications)

SUMMARY

An employee in this classification provides IT project support to the Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA). The IT Project Manager reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for IT projects related to the ongoing operations of OIAA.  This role will work in a large airport environment such as terminals, office buildings, and multiuse facilities across the OIAA campus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Important and essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules

  • Identify and resolve project issues

  • Prepare project status reports

  • Coordination of change requests

  • Use technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule and budget

  • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of systems

  • Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables

  • Conduct post-project evaluation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Any combination of education, training, and experience that would likely provide the knowledge, skills, and

abilities to successfully perform in the position.

  • PMP or Project Management Certification is required

  • CISM or CISSP is a plus

  • Six (6) years of increasingly responsible IT project management experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is desirable.

  • Experience using workflow tools such as Slack, Asana and Basecamp

  • Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project

LICENSES / CERTIFICATION

  • Valid Driver’s License equivalent to a California Class C driver’s license

  • Acceptable driving record at time of appointment and throughout employment

  • Ability to pass all background / reference checks, knowledge examinations, as well as aptitude tests necessary to obtain an OIAA employee badge at ONT
