Material Bank is seeking a Project Manager, Merchandising to partner with site merchandising team to continuously enhance effectiveness of site merchandising events through strategic workflows and building and driving the project plan. This role will continuously enhance merchandising department workflows and own effective cross departmental communication strategies as related to customer site experience and targeted merchandising events.   

What you’ll do: 

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer needs with company objectives 
• Partner with leadership across site merchandising team to identify market trends and create corresponding product merchandising events 
• Review and analyze event performance against plan to ensure achievement of established goals 
• Create and implement a strategic brief process for large weekly merchandising events 
• Champion process improvements to scale merchandising speed, accuracy and frequency 
• Build, monitor and track event work flows to ensure timely execution 
• Work and communicate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales on calendar, milestones and dependencies  
• Communicate event status and progress to leadership and across the department 

What you’ll bring: 

• At least 2 years of relevant project/program management or related experience 
• Highly detail oriented  
• Effective written and verbal communication 
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
