Come join our award-winning team as a Guest Service Representative at the Tru by Hilton in Clearfield. Position is part-time, 8-16 hours/week. Need weekends. Shifts are either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. Customer service experience is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming

Performance Expectations

• Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
• Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates

Compensación: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
