Qualifications: 

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Ohio
• Valid Driver’s License, good driving record and Auto Insurance
• Pass criminal background, drug screen and physical
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older

Job Details: Responsibilities include:

• Using the nursing process, provide care and oversee individuals with varying disabilities
• Maintain charts, records, and all physician orders and lab values
• Keeping current with regulations from Ohio Department of Health, Ohio Department of Developmental Disability and all other regulatory entities, as well as regulatory compliance within the agency
• Providing constant and effective communication through an interdisciplinary team approach
• Willingness to learn and be trained on ventilators, trachs and gastric tubes, if not proficient already.
• Weekend rotation, small on-call requirement, shift differential, and on-call pay!
