Play a key role in our next chapter of growth

As a Senior Specialist in our Swedish Paid Social team, you will join s360 at a time of significant momentum. We are expanding our footprint across Europe, and this role is central to ensuring our Swedish clients benefit from best in class digital strategies. You will be responsible for developing and optimising activities for some of the most advanced brands in Sweden, ensuring our offerings remain competitive in an ever shifting digital landscape. 

You will take ownership of your own projects from your very first day and play a leading role in defining the strategic direction and performance of Paid Social campaigns.

Your daily tasks will include: 

• Developing and executing comprehensive paid social strategies with a focus on measurable impact 

• Providing strategic sparring for clients to ensure their needs and goals are met 

• Analysing campaign performance across short and long term horizons 

• Working proactively with client services on setup and optimisation strategies 

• Contributing to the professional development of the team and sharing knowledge across s360

• Initiating and executing new templates and processes to improve workflows 

• Participating in new business opportunities and pitches

You will join our local team in Stockholm, consisting of five experienced specialists who share a passion for paid social. We work in a centrally located office in Gamla Stan, but you will also collaborate closely with colleagues across our 11 international offices. Our global team consists of specialists with many diverse backgrounds, giving you the unique chance to learn from some of the best in the field every single day.

A strategic specialist with a consultative mindset

We are looking for a specialist who combines technical expertise with a consultative mindset. You should be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the quality and impact of your deliveries. 

Furthermore, you can probably recognise the following about yourself:: 

• 4-6 years of experience with Paid Social, ideally from an agency or a complex in house setup 

• Proven experience defining platforms, budgets, and KPIs for large scale media campaigns

• Proficiency with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest 

• A clear and direct communication style, capable of delivering well thought through presentations

• A natural curiosity for staying ahead of new platforms, tools, and strategies that create value for clients.

• Strong professional communication skills in Swedish and English
