As a Software Engineering Manager Senior within PNC's Technology - Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

As a Software Engineering Manager Senior you will be leading multiple agile crew team members on delivering a modernized collections platform. You will be closely partnering with business units and serve as a liaison between business and technology. Need to provide strong technical leadership and able to provide technical solutions to the problem. Experience working with large enterprise programs is a plus. Manage a group of software engineers with focus on their career development.

Candidates must have:
- Strong proficiency in Java with hands-on experience in Spring Boot
Microservices.
- Strong relational database (Oracle & SQL Server) experience
- Knowledge on ETL and Informatica
- Experience with Version Control Systems (Git)
- Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and event-driven
design patterns.
- Experience designing and developing solutions using core Java, SQL (MySQL),
and Kafka.
