Working as a Food & Beverage host is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, food preparation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Role & Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner!
Smile and communicate with coworkers and guests to ensure exceptional customer service
Assist guests by quickly and politely answering their questions
Prepare food following proper procedure and safety guidelines
Conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions.
Ensure that all PCI and park guidelines are being followed for all financial transactions.
Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area.
Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor.
Assist in other areas of the park to ensure guest satisfaction, if needed
All other duties assigned by leadership
Education and Experience:
No education requirements for this role
Previous work experience is not required
Must become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or become so within 90 days of hire, when required by state and local guidelines.
Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
Requirements:
Must be at least 14 years of age to comply with New Hampshire Child Labor Laws
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have negative TB test results within the last 2 years
