Job Description

We are a Finance team who acts as a true business partner and plays a crucial role in guiding strategic decisions by providing insightful financial analysis. We collaborate with other central departments and markets to ensure effective budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning. By fostering a transparent financial environment , the Finance department contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the organization.

Your Impact to the role:

• Prepare financial statements for Actuals and Budgets (P&L statements, Balance Sheet, Cash-Flow Statement) for over ten global markets on a month-end, quarterly, and year-end basis, for the review of senior management
• Assist in the consolidation process and prepare entries monthly for Actuals and Budgets
• Complete monthly analysis and recommendations on 3-Month Sales Outlook for upper management
• Compile budget submissions for global markets four-times per year to include variance analyses and commentary versus prior year and prior submissions
• Continually drive for process improvement and efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement, suggest and implement solutions
• Complete quarterly capex analysis for all global markets
• Complete and prepare monthly Global BTQ Analysis
• Monthly Flash Sales Preparation (1st day of the month)
• Ad hoc Analysis

Your impact in your first year:

• Ability to bring added value to Finance department recommending actions to drive efficiencies
• Develop oral and written communication skills translating complex analysis into clear, actionable summaries or recommendations to upper management
• Working autonomously on the Consolidation process and send financial results to LVMH

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

• 1-2 Years of Experience Required in FP&A or Consolidations

You possess:

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working
• Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset
• Strong passion for the beauty industry
• An out-of-the-box thinker with a Sky’s the Limit mentality

You are:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, macros…)
• Proficient in the English language
