• Provide exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.

• Manage and update client records accurately in company databases.

• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and retention.

• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all client interactions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or account management.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
