Project Coordinator - Care Management

The project planner and administrative assistant position provides a variety of complex administrative and project management support to the Care Management director.  Must be effective in managing multiple tasks and projects at any one given time.  The position must be able to exhibit exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills in a variety of situations. Relies on project planning experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Monitors results to ensure that the programs are meeting expectations and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Relevant Associate Degree to position Or equivalent education/experience
• 3 years Experience as an administrative or executive professional.
• 3 years Providing support and guidance to a variety of people in a healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Project Management 
• Coursework/Training Bachelors degree in business and/or management course completion.
• Coursework/Training Medical terminology.
• Project planning/management experience.
• Facilitation and communication skills/experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
