📍 Tiburon Hills Care Center – Tiburon, CA
💵 Pay: $27–$30/hr | Part-Time
Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Dietary Manager to oversee our dietary department on a part-time basis. If you’re passionate about nutrition, compliance, and creating a positive dining experience for residents, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the dietary department
Ensure meals meet nutritional needs and regulatory standards
Order and manage food inventory and supplies
Train and supervise dietary staff
Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident care
Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
✔️ Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
✔️ A team player with a positive, resident-centered approach
