Associate Analyst, International Customer Retention and Satisfaction

What you will do:

 

• Process balance dues and payment issues in CASS and SAP TM systems

• Research root cause of payment issues in SAP TM system

• Partner with carriers in troubleshooting invoicing and payment issues
• Provide timely resolution or suggestions to carriers to eliminate and fix payment issues

• Upload and maintain rate tables and transportation lanes in the SAP TM system
• Understand different types of rate structures carriers submit and utilize

• Maintain accurate and up to date points list of Nutrien locations to be provided to carriers

• Assist branches and divisions within the Nutrien network resolve carrier set up and payment issues

 

What you will bring:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• 1+ years of related experience required, preferably in customer service or logistics
• Strong understanding of bill of ladings and invoices is highly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft programs including SAP TM, Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and Outlook considered an asset
• Strong communication skills

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $55,440 - $83,160. This range is estimated for this role in California. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
