You Are:
The Delivery Lead/Program Senior Manager will use advanced Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to lead the overall delivery of the HCM Cloud program. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with client leads and cross‑functional teams to drive successful program execution.
The Work:
- Manage deliverables and communications with technical and functional personnel to ensure alignment with the LLNS‑approved implementation plan and development standards.
- Ensure adequate and qualified resources are assigned to complete all project activities and deliverables on time and within the established ceiling price.
- Provide direction and control to confirm program objectives and boundary conditions are met, while identifying and resolving potential deviations as early as possible.
- Establish project governance and oversee adherence to defined processes and standards.
- Confirm stakeholder requirements are met and take corrective action to address any identified gaps.
- Maintain accountability for delivering projects within stated objectives and boundary conditions.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of experience
- Experience leading a team and/or project
- Advanced expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead complex program delivery efforts.
- Strong capability in resource planning, timeline management, and quality oversight.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with client leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience establishing and managing project governance structures.

- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
