This recognition spans all 26 countries where we operate.</p> <p>For our Global Headquarters in <strong>Milan, </strong>Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our <strong>Global Planning &amp; Control team </strong>the Finance department division.  </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? </strong> </p> <p>We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.  </p> <p> </p> <p>You’ll be in charge of:<span> </span> </p> <ul> <li>Support monthly Forecasting &amp; Budgeting processes on global level</li> <li>Assists functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets</li> <li>Partnering with the business on all elements of financial performance and strategy, providing financial guidance on new business models and decisions in evaluating returns on investments</li> <li>Support in the Digitalization of KPI’s</li> <li>Be a point of reference for Business Partners in both countries and corporate.  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You are the right person if you:</strong><span><strong>  </strong></span> </p> <ul> <li>Are a graduate student in Finance, Economics, or similar  </li> <li>Speak English fluently.  </li> <li>Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. </li> <li>Possess exceptional attention to detail.  </li> <li>Are able to set priorities and manage and a variety of tasks.  </li> <li>Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to requests in a timely manner.  </li> <li>Possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.  </li> <li>Are confident to interact with all levels of the organization.  </li> <li>Are results oriented with good communication skills.  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Curious about who you'll be working with?
