Job DetailsJob Location: Flogistix Corporate - OKC, OK 73116The Mid Continent Field Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts and driving targeted sales growth with new customers across the Mid Continent region. This role will focus on increasing compression and vapor recovery sales and profitability by engaging with clients to provide effective, value-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will deliver strong technical support, conduct training, and present compelling value propositions to both new and existing customers.
Job Duties
Partner with management to evaluate regional sales potential and achieve targeted sales goals
Collaborate with service teams to ensure system reliability and maximize customer satisfaction
Coordinate with regional account managers to leverage relationships across multiple territories
Identify and assess sales potential for new and existing customers through research, observation, and engagement
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and current customers
Gather customer requirements to support applications engineering in properly sizing and recommending equipment
Monitor customer satisfaction trends and proactively address concerns
Track production uplift opportunities to drive incremental sales
Expand account base by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities through executed agreements
Maintain and grow technical product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and professionalism
Support customers with special requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Conduct field visits with customers to assess facility needs and operational requirements
Prepare and present pricing quotations
Communicate market demand fluctuations and customer activity trends to management
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and EHS standards
Stay current on industry and product knowledge through sales meetings, trade shows, and industry publications
Maintain integrity and professionalism in all customer and vendor interactions
Utilize internal systems (e.g., Floworks/Concept) to manage sales and service communication
Represent the company professionally in all external interactions
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities as needed
Analyze industry trends to forecast opportunities and guide sales strategy
Perform additional duties as assigned

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required (technical field preferred)
MBA preferred
Compression industry experience required
3–5 years of relevant sales and/or management experience preferred
