With about 1.200 employees, its success lies in the highly specialized and innovative team and technological know-how.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your contribution to something big:</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Take Responsibility:</strong> Deliver end-to-end supply chain optimization using modern digital tools and AI capabilities covering sales &amp; operations planning (S&amp;OP), master planning in a constrained environment and order promising capabilities. Design solution concepts for key business pain-points and process optimization.</li><li><strong>Holistic Implementation:</strong> Play a leading functional role in transforming supply chain of our product business in terms of designing / customizing business processes and modeling complex supply chain to enable optimization and integrated visibility. Contribute in designing integrated processes and IT template.</li><li><strong>Shape the Future:</strong> Establish self-correcting digital supply chain in collaboration with business stakeholders. Drive adoption of proactive and predictive IT capabilities to improve overall customer service.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What distinguishes you:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience and Know-How:</strong> You have been part of multiple supply chain planning projects in manufacturing and distribution intensive industries where you have implemented Kinaxis Rapid Response, or SAP IBP or BlueYonder or other comparable advance solutions.
