About the job
Join our Intercompany Financial Solutions & Analytics Team as an International Financial Flows Coordinator Junior and you can help make it happen. Your job? You will contribute to major projects for the functional autonomy of Opella, carve out from Sanofi group, support the team in day-to-day operations (as backup and reinforcement) and drive continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities.
Reporting solid line to the IFSA CHC International Flow lead, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and follow up changes to financial flows in finance systems and mapping files.
Document and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Represent the team in project workstreams, participate in user acceptance tests.
Validate and document end-to-end financial product flows (from production plants to final customers), considering physical flows, Opella target model, and tax constraints.
Provide information to stakeholders and support users of our tools (mapping files, finance systems).
Update documentation of our processes and policies (IFSA Flow Manager Newcomer’s Guide, training material for our stakeholders).
Clean and update mapping files, enrich data using various data sources from other departments (Global Master Data, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Controlling, etc.).
Improve our tools to increase ease of use, efficiency, and data quality.
Propose process improvements and coordinate their implementation.
About you.
We need you to be open-minded and curious, motivated to crunch data, support stakeholders and help to improve our tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data, accounting, or a related field (university or business school)
First experience with project responsibilities.
First experience with data analysis/database management.
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced expertise in Excel.
Knowledge of database design, maintenance, and quality assurance.
Capacity for analysis and synthesis of data (financial, supply chain and master data).
Proficiency in an ERP (such as SAP) or Business Intelligence tools is welcome but not mandatory.
Knowledge of tax rules and policies, especially VAT rules, would be a major plus.
Business Partner Mindset, service oriented.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different levels of the organization in an international environment.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Autonomy in managing time, topics, and finding key interlocutors.
Fluent in English and French.
