Position Title: Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting
Work Location: Parsippany, NJ
Work Schedule: Hybrid role - working in the Parsippany, NJ office 2-3 days per week
The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role involves the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with GAAP. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including investigating variances against budget and prior year and summarizing financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial analyses for management and parent company, including derivatives, pension, reserves and provisions
- Develop strong working relationships with key finance personnel throughout the global organization
- Assist in preparation of year-end financial statements and footnotes, and parent company reporting package
- Maintain the quarterly financial binder ensuring all required analyses, checklists, JSOX controls and support are completed and filed properly
- Assist in preparing supporting schedules for quarterly audit reviews, quarterly Sox reviews and year-end audit
