The Operations and Mission Analysis East (OMA-East) department performs customer focused mission modeling and simulation activities for all customer areas at Raytheon. Our teams develop, analyze, and grade flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas (sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations), developing tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer requirements. The department has a tradition of excellence through innovation and teamwork. This position is for an onsite role in DC.
What You Will Do
Serve as Senior Principal Engineer, Operations Analysis Modeling & Simulation (OA/M&S) Subject Matter Expert for Multi-Domain Mission Areas identifying Operations Analysis and Modeling & Simulation requirements in a technical partnership with other Functions.
Lead teams of analysts to produce OA/M&S products, customer and leadership briefings, and campaign support materials crossing Mission Area and COCOM boundaries. The team’s work focuses on system-of-systems solutions for OA/M&S to include threat definitions and environments, and competitive systems analysis.
Participate in Offensive and Defensive Multi-Domain Operations projects that upgrade Raytheon deployed architecture and systems for US and international customers in all theaters. This is challenging multi-disciplinary work that knits together capabilities, know-how’, and products from all Raytheon companies.
Work on tasks that require developing and benchmarking of models of emerging red side threats, understanding how the US wants to counter these threats, and developing integrated solutions.
Lead teams that develop kill chain performance models, engagement and campaign CONOPS and multi-fidelity simulations.
Interact with US and International Customers from original requirements through operations.
Coordinate and contribute to the development of quick response products, advanced visualizations, and CONOPs definitions and visuals.
What You Will Learn

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience working with advanced radar systems and counter-surveillance.
Experience in program execution, technology development and mission critical capabilities.
