Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our high-performing team supporting a global technology client on a large-scale data center construction program. This role is embedded within the client’s Engineering Change Management (ECM) team and plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement across a complex, fast-paced capital delivery environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management, data analytics, and change management expertise, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Construction, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams to manage and track engineering changes across in-flight data center projects.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of change management processes and tools.
  • Monitor and report on change impacts, timelines, and dependencies across the program lifecycle.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as SQL, BigQuery, PLX, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to change management activities.
  • Create presentation-ready materials for executive and stakeholder briefings.
  • Act as a liaison between the ECM team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development of documentation and visual workflows to communicate change processes and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and data management processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams managing tools such as Buganizer, P6, Autodesk ACC/BIM360, and Looker Studio to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the ECM program by identifying future enhancements and supporting implementation.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program analysis, change management, or PMO roles on large-scale capital projects.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SOX controls or similar compliance frameworks is a plus.
