Job Description
The Sr. Director Finance Transformation will be responsible for leading transformation efforts for the global finance organization. This person will be responsible for supporting multiple projects on a regional and global scale in a hands-on manner by providing functional, accounting, and operational expertise. The individual will partner with Corporate FP&A, Corporate accounting, MIS & TNM business units CFOs to drive simplification and efficiencies for accounting (both managerial and statutory), reporting, business process outsourcing, and regional finance processes inclusive of systems improvements.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement a comprehensive finance transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall goals
- Optimize and redesign core finance processes and policies at global and regional level
- Improve the effectiveness of a company’s planning, budgeting, consolidation, and management and statutory reporting processes to enable better analytics, insights, and control
- Key resources for ongoing transformation activities such as One stream implementation, BPO transition, & financial process redesign
- Enhance utilization of data and analytics into the company’s operations to deliver greater transparency to business partners
- Collaborate lead cross-functional teams to help identify areas of improvement and develop implementation and resources plans to implement change
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education:
- B.S. required in Finance or Accounting and relevant operational experience in a global manufacturing environment.
- CPA or MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- 15+ years financial management experience in a global matrix environment preferred.
- 5 years or more of management and or supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with various levels within Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership
- Global manufacturing experience with multiple site locations
- Ability to provide objective facts to drive decision support.
- Maintain a strong relationship and collaborate with all key stakeholders.
Skills:
- Individual must have a high level of motivation commitment and dedication combined with a proactive mind-set
- While technical expertise is desirable the successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership and management skills including problem resolution, employee coaching and mentoring, and a strategic vision.
